Shipping policy

General

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at parts@piezasrush.com. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

Warehouse pick-up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick-up at 850 Calle del Parque, San Juan, 00909, PR.

Our warehouse pick-up hours are from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Monday to Friday, and from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 hour (excluding holidays) when the order is placed on:

  • Monday to Friday before 5 p.m.
  • Saturday before 3 p.m.

Orders after 5 p.m. on Monday to Friday are ready for pick up, the next day after 9 a.m. Orders after 3 p.m. on Saturday are ready for pick up on Monday after 9 a.m. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Shipping

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing time

Before shipping your order, PIEZAS RUSH usually needs to select and pick the parts, and carefully package the items. Therefore, the processing time is independent of the delivery time.

  • Orders from Monday – Friday before 9 a.m. will be scheduled for shipping on the same day.
  • Orders from Monday – Friday after 9 a.m. will be scheduled for shipping on the next business day.
  • Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be scheduled for shipping on Monday.

Pre-ordered items are processes within 2-5 business days of arrival of stock. We will send you an email when your order is processed for shipping.

Shipping time

Normally, orders from the main island have a standard shipping time of 24 – 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Currently we do not ship to Vieques & Culebra.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at parts@piezasrush.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Damages

PIEZAS RUSH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly at parts@piezasrush.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
