Shipping policy

OUR PROMISE
When you place your order for in-stock parts before 9:00 a.m., we will ship your order the same day. If your order is not shipped out on time, simply let us know, and we will ship it for free, refunding your shipping charges.
GENERAL
Ensure to verify availability for all parts if you order multiple parts or several of the same part. Charges will still be applicable for parts marked as "Special order" (out of stock) when the order is placed.
We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped out. We consider an order shipped out once the shipping carrier takes possession of the product, even though the shipping carrier may not show possession until the following business day.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
WHEN WE SHIP YOUR IN-STOCK PARTS
Orders placed by 9:00 a.m. on Monday to Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Monday to Thursday will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.
Normally, orders have a standard shipping time of 24 - 48 hours Monday through Friday.
WHEN WE SHIP YOUR HOME APPLIANCES
When home appliances are available at the manufacturer’s warehouse, a PIEZAS RUSH representative will contact you to coordinate the delivery date.
- The estimated delivery time for regular orders is 3 to 7 working days if the products are available.
- The estimated delivery time for special orders is 8 to 12 weeks and in particular cases it may take longer depending on our suppliers.
You must ensure that the products selected are correct for the space allowed, and or fits the appliance model before submitting an order to the manufacturer.
WAREHOUSE PICK-UP FOR PARTS
Our warehouse pick-up hours are from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
SPECIAL ORDERS
To ensure customer satisfaction, we handle special orders directly with the manufacturer. The estimated lead time is approximately 5-10 working days, depending on the availability of the product ordered. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to meet your specific needs.
Special orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after stock arrival. We will email you when your order is ready for shipment.

Members receive expedited shipping options for in-stock items:
- Select EnvíoRUSH delivery option during check-out.
- Make sure to provide your (current) location in the order.
- Call PIEZAS RUSH (Tel. 787-558-1480) to coordinate delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A $15 fee will be charged for each flight of stairs (floor) which is not covered by the free delivery service for home appliances. In the event that the product doesn't fit through the entryway or on the stairs, PIEZAS RUSH will not cover the costs associated with bringing it into your home. The pick-up of old appliances and installation of new products has a separate fee.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
SHIPPING LIMITATIONS
Deliveries are to all of Puerto Rico, with the exception of Vieques and Culebra.
No deliveries will be made to ports or any other place that is not within Puerto Rico.
We cannot ship on government holidays, including:
- New Year's Day

ORDER SHIPMENT STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at parts@piezasrush.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR SHIPMENT
PIEZAS RUSH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team directly at parts@piezasrush.com. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods and we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
PIEZAS RUSH disclaims responsibility for delivery and any damage (furniture damage, damage to the home, etc.) that may occur as a result of delivery and will be the responsibility of the carrier. The Customer is responsible for safeguarding their product once the carrier leaves. PIEZAS RUSH disclaims responsibility for any damage (damage to product, furniture, damage to home, etc.) that may occur, and will be the responsibility of the Customer.
WHEN STUFF HAPPENS (FORCE MAJEURE)
Occasionally, adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may cause delays in delivering your order on time. In such cases, "acts of God", we will collaborate with you and the shipping carrier to ensure you receive your product as promptly as possible. However, our standard shipping and same day delivery do not cover these situations.
