RUSH PARTS connects dealers and technicians to easily order parts and enjoy 24-hour delivery or same-day pick-up, saving time and money. RUSH PARTS is an authorized supplier of the main brands in Puerto Rico. As an authorized distributor of original parts, we have spare parts and maintenance products for household items such as refrigerators, electric and gas stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines and Dryers from all major brands. What does this mean for you?
It means that if something breaks in your house, chances are we have the right part for you.
You can purchase the parts through www.PIEZASRUSH.com . You can search for parts or call a RUSH PARTS specialist to help you locate the part for your appliance. You need the model number of your appliance. You can find the model number on the appliance's model plate. We recommend that a technician repair your appliance and look for the parts.
Our inventory system is connected to our website. You will be able to see how many parts are available or when the part is out of stock. For any parts that are not available, please contact us at parts@piezasrush.com for any special requests.
When you see the part is available online, you can pick it up within an hour. You will receive a confirmation email when we have processed your order.
Please have a copy of your order confirmation printed or on your phone or tablet. Having all this information at hand will help you expedite the process, but rest assured that we will be waiting for you.
We are sorry for what happened. Although we do our best to make sure our inventory is up to date, sometimes things don't go as planned. Your order was canceled because we did not have the part available.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be able to make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At the moment, we only ship within Puerto Rico.
It depends where you are. Orders from the main island will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Orders from Vieques and Culebra will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of arrival. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use major local shipping companies. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

- If your registration is approved, you will receive an email confirming your account details and access to our services.
Keep in mind that the contact registration form is exclusively available to technicians in Puerto Rico who offer appliance repair services. If we believe that you do not work in the appliance industry, we reserve the right to deny your application for registration.
