PARTS
MAKING A RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt. Please note the following exceptions and conditions:
- In-stock parts: Products in stock can be returned within 7 days, subject to our standard return process outlined below.
- Special Orders: Products ordered directly from the manufacturer cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. These products are also not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
To start a return, you can contact us at parts@piezasrush.com. If your return is accepted, please bring the item to the warehouse location, where we will inspect the item. Items will be returned for:
- Unopened, unused parts
- Damaged or defective products
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Electrical parts are not eligible for any refund when the packaging is opened.
RETURNING UNOPENED, UNUSED PARTS
To qualify for refund, parts must not have incurred damage such as signs of installation, marks, or scuffing. This means, products must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including retail box and must include all accessories originally included with the product.
RETURNING DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PARTS
Inspect your order for damage as soon as it arrives. If the product is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt, we will inspect the item, and we'll be happy to replace the damaged item and make it right. Electrical parts are not eligible for any refund when the packaging is opened.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We do not refund the shipping fee.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

MAKING A RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must reject the delivery, any claim must be made before or at the time of delivery. Once you receive the products, you must conduct a thorough inspection in the presence of the carrier delivering the goods. If any discrepancies or concerns arise regarding the products' quality or quantity compared to what is outlined in the purchase invoice, you must reject the delivery and document the reason for the return on the "Work Order" or "Proof of Delivery" form. Sign the rejection and clearly and legibly provide your name, surname, and identity card number.
RETURN HOME APPLIANCES
You may request an exchange of the products under the following conditions, free of charge, at the time of delivery:
- The products have physical damage such as: bumps or scratches at the time of receipt on-site.
- There is an error in the products delivered (Model, color requested*, quantity, etc.).
* Products illustrated in our online photos, estimates, invoices and/or promotional products do not necessarily have the same color shade as illustrated. When the manufacturer correctly specifies the color on the model plate, it is not considered an error.
The products must not have been connected, installed, used, or show signs of deterioration from use, and must be in the condition in which they were delivered. The products must include all their accessories, original packaging, labels, dry ice, and factory manuals in perfect condition, without exception.
Once you receive your products in good condition, cancellation or refund is not authorized. We urge you to consult with your sales representative and conduct the corresponding tests before selecting your appliance.
REFUNDS
A full refund will only be issued if you cancel your purchase at least 24 hours after completing your purchase; after that, it remains as credit with PIEZAS RUSH. Deliveries canceled on the day of free delivery, before reaching your home, are subject to a restocking fee of $99.99. Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. When purchasing a discounted product, refunds or reselections are not permitted.
You must present the original invoice and a form of identification. Orders paid by credit card will be credited back to the card within 30 business days. For orders paid by or ATH Móvil, cash or check, you will receive a check within 15 business days to your postal address as shown on the invoice.
