Making a return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, please bring the item to the warehouse location, where we will inspect the item. Items will be returned for:
- Unopened, unused parts
- Damaged or defective items
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Electrical parts are not eligible for any refund when the packaging is opened.
Returning unopened, unused parts
To qualify for refund, parts must not have incurred damage such as signs of installation, marks, or scuffing. This means, items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including retail box and must include all accessories originally included with the item.
Returning damaged or defective items
Inspect your order for damage as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt, we will inspect the item, and we'll be happy to replace the damaged item and make it right. Electrical parts are not eligible for any refund when the packaging is opened.
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We do not refund the shipping fee.
