As an authorized dealer of original parts, we have replacement parts and maintenance products for home appliances, such as refrigerators, electric and gas ranges, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers all major brands.

you? It means if something in your home is broken, chances are, we have the right part for you.

You can purchase parts via www.PIEZASRUSH.com. You can search for parts or call a PIEZAS RUSH Specialist to help you locate the part for your appliance. You need your model number of the appliance. You can find the model number on the appliance’s model plate. We recommend that a technician repairs your home appliances and source the parts.

Our inventory system is connected to our webpage. You will see how many parts there are available or when the part is sold out. For any part that is not available, please contact us at parts@piezasrush.com for any special orders.

When you see that the part is available online, you will be able to pick-up the part within one hour. You will receive an email confirmation when we processed your order.

Please have a copy of your order confirmation either printed out or on your phone or tablet. Having all of that info handy will help to move the process along quickly, but rest assured, the pickup location will be expecting you.

We’re sorry that happened. Although we do everything we can to make sure our inventory is up-to-date, sometimes things just don’t go the way we planned. Your order was canceled because we did not have the part available.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

At the moment, we only ship within Puerto Rico.

Before shipping your order, PIEZAS RUSH usually needs to select and pick the parts, and carefully package the items. Therefore, the processing time is independent of the shipping time.

• Orders from Monday – Friday before 11AM will be scheduled for shipping on the same day.
• Orders from Monday – Friday after 11AM will be scheduled for shipping on the next business day.
• Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be scheduled for shipping on Monday.

Pre-ordered items are processes within 2-5 business days of arrival of stock. We will send you an email when your order is processed for shipping.

Shipping time

Normally, orders from the main island have a standard shipping time of 24 – 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Currently we do not ship to Vieques & Culebra.

Pronto AM guarantees delivery before 11AM on the next business day, when the order is placed before 11AM on Monday – Friday

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
